1. General Information
We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Locations
We offer shipping to all states and territories within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Delivery Times
Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Metro Areas: 3-5 business days
Regional Areas: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

5. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order on our website or via the carrier’s website.
